LOW IMPACT FITNESS

Tuesday & Friday Mixed Program

A fun, inclusive fitness class for every body! This 60-minute, full-body workout is open to all ages and fitness levels – whether you’re just getting started or looking to stay strong and active.

Each session focuses on cardio, core, balance and strength, with no floor work involved. All exercises are done standing or seated using dumbells and bodyweight, making it accessible, adaptable and safe. Expect energising music you can sing along to and a welcoming, supportive vibe.

Low Impact Fitness is a mixed program, welcoming both independent community members and participants accessing support through our 1:3 ratio model. It’s inclusive, adaptable and designed to meet people where they’re at – physically and socially.

FIX & FEAST

Tuesday Supported Program
Fix & Feast is a fun, practical program designed to build functional life skills, promote healthy eating habits and support greater independence in the kitchen. Open to a small group of just 5 participants, this supportive and social environment allows for personalised attention and skill development at a comfortable pace.

Each session includes preparing a healthy lunch together, plus two nutritious take-home meals, while learning practical cooking skills such as food preparation, safe handling, portioning, and basic nutrition. The program is delivered in a 1:2 support ratio, making it ideal for participants who benefit from extra guidance and encouragement.

Fix & Feast helps build everyday confidence, fosters peer interaction and creates a positive connection with food – all in a relaxed, engaging space where learning is hands-on and fun.

HANGOUT CLUB

Thursday Supported Program

Hangout Club is all about having fun, making memories and connecting with others in a relaxed, social setting. It’s a supportive and inclusive group delivered in a 1:3 ratio. That offers a diverse range of community-based activities designed to build confidence, friendship and life skills – all while having a laugh.

Whether you’re looking to make new friends or stay connected with old ones, Hangout Club is the perfect place to enjoy everything from casual catch-ups to exciting nights out.
Activities include:

  • Visiting local clubs, pubs and restaurants
  • Trivia nights and karaoke
  • In-house games nights
  • Bowling and laser tag
    ….and plenty more!
This program also encourages character development, boosts self-esteem and helps participants feel more confident engaging in the wider community – all while simply having fun.

GROOVE FIT

Saturday Mornings Supported Program

Groove Fit is a high-energy, feel-good dance fitness program that combines music, movement and social connection to support improved physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Designed for participants who thrive in a supported environment, this program runs at a 1:3 ratio and encourages everyone to move at their own pace while having fun. From upbeat routines to expressive freestyle moments, Groove Fit promotes coordination, fitness and confidence in a relaxed and inclusive setting.

Participants also have the opportunity to perform at local nursing homes and community events, providing a meaningful way to build self-esteem, boost social awareness and feel proud of their achievements.

Participants who require additional support are very welcome to attend with their own carer or support person.

Whether you’re new to dance or just love to move, Groove Fit is about celebrating your unique rhythm – and having a great time doing it!

JAM FUSION

Saturday Afternoons Supported Program
Jam Fusion is a dynamic and creative program designed to spark self-expression, confidence and connection through a rotating mix of music, movement and performance-based activities.

Held on Saturday afternoons, this supported program (1:3 ratio) alternates between:

  • Drumming workshops with Drumbala
  • Circus skills with Roundabout Circus
  • Drama and movement games
  • Sing-along music sessions

Participants are encouraged to explore their creativity through percussion, drama sports, mime, games and expressive movement, all in a relaxed, inclusive and supportive environment.
